Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, tape, or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at gabeo.trading@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to gabeo.trading@gmail.com and send your item to: Ginley Technology Co., Ltd, Nathan Road 177#810007, HongKong.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
 
1. We are free shipping to all over the world. Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it, and have better to leave your phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check it again after you purchased for any updated information.
 
2. Items are generally shipped out within 24 hours after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).
 
3. Free shipping to worldwide by UPS, DHL Express (5-10 shipping days).
 
4. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. we always have to order gift-wrapped. So you do not need to pay the customs tax. depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.
 
Return policy
 
1. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or used, with all tags attached.
 
2. You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
 
1) We sent the wrong item (It is hardly happened).
 
2) The item received is damaged in transit (Occasionally).
 
 
Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/damaged item. You also can require us to send it with your next order so that you can save the shipping fee.
 
1. For large bulk orders, we may ask that you return samples of the wrong/damaged item along with the remaining items. The details will be included with the RMA.
 
2. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 
3. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
